Operations Coordinator
As a key member of our Operations team, Matt DiPonzio plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional customer service. With a dual major from SUNY Brockport in Psychology and Sociology, Matt brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to his position.
His primary responsibilities focus on client requests and operational tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. He is instrumental in keeping the team up to date on platform changes and is passionate about identifying opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies which benefit both our clients and our team. With experience in real estate, the non-profit sector and public service, Matt’s diverse background enables him to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing, hiking, and cherishing quality time with his wife, three children, and two dogs. He is constantly eager to learn, grow and contribute to both his professional and personal life.
